John may have told you that I went against some of the very obvious issues on 2 of the applicants tests and hired them anyway. Now I am paying the price! So I am really dissecting these reports and if they display any negative social issues or exhibit traits where they cannot accept responsibility for their own actions, they are not coming to work for me! It cost too much to hire, train and let them go for me to not be as careful as possible when I make the choice to employ someone. And if your clients do not use the reports constructively, then they are foolish!
